Used corn meal by doing a partial cereal mash with some 2 row holding at 158 for 5 mins, boiling for 20, then added to regular mash. 1.062 1st 2.75 col.; 1.030 4 col; 1.020. 1.010 final. Realized I forgot to add final 1 lb 2 row, so i added about half a pound of DME to wort to bring pre-boil gravity to target.
