132F p-rest
144F a rest*added a couple ice cubes to hit temp
156 b rest*added more boiling water to hit this temp.
sparge pH 4.8--added 2g CaSO4 and maybe a little less than a gram of Ca(OH)2 to HLT. Trying to see if adding calcium to the water would keep the water from leeching calcium out. It didn't really.

KO'd@54F, set temp controller to 50F. Pitched 1L of 3470 slurry from last pils.
Pretty easy brew. Volume markings on the new mashtun are nice, but I need to check them for accuracy. There's a little bit of discrepancy between calculated infusions and target temperatures. Also, had to boil on the stovetop, as my LP gas reg shit the bed. I coppered up to 6.5gal try and accommodate the differences in evaporation, but I also think that the corn's ppg is probably not accurate.
4/27@1.009. Will keg as soon as I have an empty. Tasting pretty good.

Based on boiling 7.20gallonsliters at 1.037 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.045.
You wanted an OG of 1.047. It looks like it will be under.
