153F mash temp. Corrected with small amount of cold water. 5.25 sparge pH. 1.078/5.56 1st runnings 1.032//5.75 2nd runnings 1.016/5.85 final runnings. 1.044/5.47 pre-boil 1.057 O.G., 5.18 post-boil Straight-forward brew. Third brew with the brewtech mashtun. Still dialing in the lauter speed, still ending up with more mash particulate in my BK. Maybe boiled off a little excess, and maybe got better conversion on the oats. 1/8@1.023 1/11@1.015--tasting good 1/19@1.013--kegged. A little behind on getting it racked.
