at conditioning beer was mildly bitter, not too yeasty and had a hint of banana esters on the nose. The fermenter box held very cold 55*F during fermentation and i brought it out to room temp at the end of primary. During the last week and a half it held between 65 and 76, which may have created some of the banana esters. Can't wait to taste the finished product!
