Used filtered tap water 1/8 camden tablet to remove chlorine Steeped grains from ~ 110F to 160F Rehydrated with tap water --- not sanitized. Some water spilled in during cool down Cooled down to 60 F using two iced bottles ice from freezer one bag of ice. Slightly sweet with a fresh hop aroma Topped off with 2 gallons of 40 F bottled Drinking Water Pitch @ 56 F Ferment at 51 F Slow fermentation started at 36 hours. Increased fermentation temperature to 73 after 84 hours.

Notes:

At keg, clear. Sightly ??/acetyl. Maybe switched to a high temperature to early. Next time, wait four days after brew to increase temperature. Also, not much hops. This might be due to drinking an IPA. Definitely not what I was going for!
