152F mash temp. 5.27 sparge liquor pH (5.75gal). 1.084/5.30 first runnings. 1.027/5.58 mid runnings. 1.011/5.76 final runnings. 1.038/5.35 pre-boil. 1.048 O.G., 5.18 post-boil.
Pretty smooth brew. Missed the mash temp by several degrees, which was a bit surprising, given my strike temp. Probably boiled just a hair too hard. Guessing I would have landed at 1.046/1.047 otherwise. K/O'd wort at 69F, oxygenated the wort for 30 seconds, and pitched a pack of WLP023.
