Pours golden with 2 fingers of stiff foam. Aroma is kind of a candy hop, a light and sweet resin, maybe some tropical fruit but almost imperceptible. Flavor is more bold than the aroma but still subdued, mostly sweet resin with a medium bitterness on the finish, but there is some passion fruit there. Body is thinner and the nucleation is a bit sharp. Overall, this kind of sucks as a saison because it lacks the pepper and spice flavors I wanted. As an IPA, it is interesting but just okay. 3 stars.
