at kegging: silky, stone fruit right up front, a little lingering toastiness remains - not too dominant. Pretty on style, I think. Comparable to blue-ribbon version, and much better than last year's I think. FG just about at expected level, so I think the calcium carbonate helped at mash pH.... I really do need a pH meter to validate that tho...
