Problem. I bought a 5 gallon carboy instead of a 6 gallon so I need to scale the recipe down to accommodate for that unfortunately.
Mash temp started up being 145.5 but ended at 150 somehow at the end of the 60 mins
Had some issues with my mashtun getting clogged up so I had to just dump the grains and liquid into a grain bag anand get my wart that way.
Brew today went pretty bad couldn't filter properly so it's going to be very hazy. My finish size was a little over 4 gallons. Og was 1.064. Worroed how this one is going to turn out.
