Didn't cool as fast aa desired due to lack of cold water or filtered ice to pour into. Started at 11pm 12/29 , forgot to aerate a lot, just the stirring to cool down and the oxygen transfering containers through the funnel.
On 1/3 transferred to secondary 3 gal bucket. Took FG reading and sampled beer , tasted good! Could taste the floral and citrus note of the hops with a pleasant aroma. Was very cloudy , 2nd fermentation should help.
On 1/10 bottled at 1.008 @ 71F

This is a keeper, noce hop flavors, not too strong but enough to be interesting. Citrus notes, not really piney ... Decent head and nice color. Aroma isn't strong but it is pleasant.
