4 Feb - can't boil 8 gals water so 6 in one pot, 2 in a second on stove inside. After about 60 min transfer to single pot. At end of 90, let sit for 20 to cool to 180 then add flameout/hop stand hops, sit for 10 then cool to 70 using coil - about 25 mins. Only 4.25 g into fermenter?? So, took a risk and added 1.25 gal tap water to fermenter so 5.5 g total. Before adding water the gravity was about 1.080 - guessing that with adjustment it's about 1.062
10Feb to secondary - about 5 gal, gravity about 1.022
13Feb add about 2oz dry hop, gravity about 1.020
18Feb add another 2oz dry hop, gravit still about 1.020
24Feb to bottles, 24 22oz, 2 more gunky ones, flavor is nice bitter with a bit of tropical flavor no pine, not much hoppy aroma, but some. Gravity 1.016 (if 1.062. to 1.016 then about 6.0%)

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 8.20gallonsliters at 1.053 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.063.
You wanted an OG of 1.065. It looks like it will be under.
