Notes:

solid variation of this staple for the tap rotation. could use a bit more time conditioning to mellow down a slightly "tinny" aftertaste (probably the rye). As usual, these blonde rye's tend to get better after cold aging for a few months. So far, i think i tend to prefer the last version slightly better. this one doesn't seem to have quite as much flavor for some reason.
