Chilled Keg and tried beer. Good taste, still sweet and no carbonation. Now under 40psi for 24hrs at 35f then at 20psi for 24hrs to carbonate.
FG still too high. Assume because of the old liquid malt extract that there was some unfermentable sugars?! Good taste and smell. Hope it carbonates ok.
Transfer to secondary 12/28/17. Taste was fair. Better then expected. Plan to leave in secondary for 7 days due to sluggish primary.
