I began brewing several years ago with a Mr. Beer kit, and wasn't happy with the results, so I put it in the closet. A buddy got my interest up early this year, so out it came...still something missing. Got a 5-gal kit, and tried an extract kit, but decided that all-grain was the way to go and I haven't looked back.
