Special Instructions
1.Boil 1 gallon of water, add to mash tun, close lid.
2.Heat 7 gallons of water to 164 degrees F.
3.Drain water from mash tun.
4.Add 7 gallons of 164 degree water to mash tun.
5.Add all grains to mash tun, stir well, close lid.
6.Boil 4 gallons of water.
7.Drink beer while mashing for 1 hour!
8.Drain wort into kettle.
9.Sparge with 4 gallons boiling water.
10.Boil wort for 60 min and add hops per timing.
11.Cool wort to 60 degrees F.
12.Transfer to fermenter (strain if necessary).
13.Oxygenate the wort inside fermenter (shake carefully).
