Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep the grains at mash temperature 65-70C for 30 mins in 10 litres water then remove
2.
Boil for 60 minutes and add hops according to schedule
3.
Cool and transfer to FV, straining out the hops
4.
Add malt extract and sugar and stir in well
5.
Top up to 13 litres if necessary
6.
Pitch yeast at your preferred pitching temperature, 18-25C
