Heat water to 170. Add sugar and dissolve. Hydrate yeast in 5 oz of water under 80

At flameout add Yeast nutrient 4 g, and calcium chloride 4 g. Phosphoric Acid 2-3 drops and zinc citrate 3 g in 500 ml water, add. Cool and pitch yeast. 2 week ferment.

Keg and add flavoring. cold crash at 3 psi 24 hours. 1 T Gelatin and 8 oz water warm to 150. Cool and add to keg at 30 psi for 48 hours. Then 8-10 psi and toss the first glass.
