Bring to boil then cool to 100F, pitch WLP645 and cover until pH reaches 3.4

Boil again for 45 minutes and cool to 75 and pitch WLP008
3.
Add dry hop addition and allow to dry hop for 7 days
4.
Add Pineapple puree and vanilla bean in cold crash
