Tasting Notes (1 )
Notes:
Great hop aroma and flavor. Little too dark. Will cut back on Black Malt/Prinz next time or use more debittered dark malt. Slightly bitter/ acrid at first, but after a couple weeks its much smoother. Nice tan, persistent head. The mouth feel is a bit thin, but almost refreshing (like a lighter beer). Easy to drink for a dark beer, but be careful; you would not guess this is a 7.1% ABV ale.
