OG 1.052 FG 1.013 ABV 5.12% Apparent Attenuation 74%. Mashing with 2.25 gallons. ~.5 gallons of that is distilled, and the rest is campden-treated tap water.Will sparge/rinse with ~1.25 gallons. ~.25 gallons of that is distilled, and the rest is treated tap water. Mashed in right under 152F.Temp had fallen about 30 minutes into the mash, so I bumped it back up to around 152F. Raised the heat to 155F with about 10 minutes left in the hour.
