Notes:
On tap pours a nice golden with good carbonation that gives it a small white head. Aroma has a little fruit note before the citrus shows. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouthfeel. Flavor comes in with a mild malt caramel note backed by a mild bitterness. In the aftertaste the bitterness turns to a nice clean citrus. Overall I love this one, it's very drinkable and balanced. If I were to change anything it would be use 20 in place of the 40.
