Add 1 gallon boiling water to reach 158, continue mash for 40 min

Mash out at 170 for 10 min and run iodine test

Notes:

Dark in color, great head formation and retention. Mild hop aroma Little to no malt taste, medium bitterness and hop flavor. medium mouth feel, smoothes out over time, notes of astringency. Easy to drink with low ABV and good taste.
