Special Instructions

Brew in-a-bag method...warm water to 160, add grains to mesh bag and steep at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.

Rinse bag/half assed sparge with 2 gallons of 160 degree water (enough to bring it up to 8 for boil)

"Dry Hop" with 1 lb of organic pineapple (diced)
