Special Instructions
1.Preheat 26.3L to 75degrees C, half for 10L batch
2.Add bag to brew, mix grains well, cover to retain heat, let sit for 60mins
3.Raise bag from mash, squeeze all goodness out, prepared for heat
4.Bring wort to the boil, add hop profile, add Irish Moss with 10mins to go
5.After 60mins, crash cool to 25 degrees C, add yeast, and transfer to fermenter
