Special Instructions

1.
Roast pumpkin at 350 degrees for 90 min. Cool, scrape fruit from skin and mash. 3/4 goes in Mash. Save 1/4 for boil at 10 min.

Add 1.3 g CaCl2, 1.0 g pickling lime, 1.0 ml Lactic acid to 5 gallons mash water
3.
Add 1.0 g CaCl2 to 5.5 gallons sparge water
4.
let spices sit for 15 minutes after flame out before chilling
