Helped harvest some Cascade hops, and got some to use for aroma / flavor. Don't have any Munich malt handy so I'll use Vienna instead. Using a modified "Hochkurz" decoction (from http://www.braukaiser.com/wiki/index.php?title=Decoction_Mashing)

Special Instructions

1.
Mix grain into cool water and direct heat to ~140 deg. F.
2.
After ~20 minutes, pull off the majority of the liquid from the top, put into pre-heated mash tun.
3.
Heat the thick mash to ~158 degrees F and hold for ~20 minutes.
4.
Heat the thick mash to boiling. Boil, stirring constantly, approx. 20 minutes.
5.
Add boiling thick mash to thin mash, stirring well, until the temp is ~158-160 deg. F. If necessary, remove some mash, heat to boiling, and re-add.
6.
Allow enzymes to work ~1 hour.
7.
"Fly" sparge using slow siphon (~45 min.)
