Sparge at 79°C. Rest for 30mins

Boil for 60mins

Add irish moss @ last 15 mins

insert wort chiller

Cool to 16°C

Take OG
9.
Pitch yeast.
10.
Ferment at 16°C for one week.

Siphon into secondary at 10-13°C
12.
Take FG
