Special Instructions
1.Prepare yeast starter ~24hrs prior; boil 4.5cups H2O and 0.5 cups golden light DME 10 minutes & cool to room temp in flask. Rehydrate yeast in 1/4cup H2O and add to flask; start stir plate
2.Steep specialty grains 155-160F for 30min
3.Ferment 65-70F for 2 weeks, then 1oz Cascade pellets added; sit for 7 days
