Notes:

-O.G. 1.055 -fermenter broke a few days in and the beer free rose. concerning but not too detrimental. finished at a lowe gravity than expected (1.006) -dry hop was not as efficient as it could have been due to continuing fermentation beyond expectation. -overall the beer was well received and there is slight room for improvement, all related to fermentation -ferment at 65-66 until 10 pts from finish and let free rise to ~70. use gelatin then dry hop and cold crash. ** under pitch, 100billion cells for 10 gal, <.35 pitch rate
