Special Instructions

  1. Start with 7.5 gallons of clean drinking water heated to 161F.
  2. After adding the grist, maintain mash temp at 152F.
  3. After the Mash-out, remove the bag containing the grist and allow to drain. There should be about 6.5 gallons of wort at this point.
