Notes:

Two made - one with dme 1 with equivalent lme LME definitely better of the two but hard to judge owing to two issues: 1. back broke and 2. The brew was made in Smmmer and the bunky was very hot for fisrt 3 days But what we got was a light very drinkable ale which we served from CO2 keg at 10 degrees.
