Starting at 10am, 63 degrees out and sunny. High of 75 today. Perfect brewing day!Heated the strike water to 165 degrees. And, we hit our target of 153. 1 degree above recommended strike temp consistently allows me to hit my target mash temp.Didn't start the sparge water heating soon enough. Pretty much need to get that going 40 minutes ahead of when you need it.I pre-weighed out the hops before the boil by the gram.
