Special Instructions

Steep 30 minutes @ 155F. 25min grain/ 15 min DME. let grain drain for last 5 mins.
2.
Add .25lb of java medium roast coffee cold brew to 2nd ferm.

add 3 vanialla beans to 2nd ferm.

Notes:

vanilla notes are very strong up front and in aroma. Chocolate is very balanced through out and the coffee finish is very subtle.
