Special Instructions

  1. Steep grains for 30 minutes
  2. Add LME and DME for 90 minute boil
  3. Add Bravo at 60 minutes left in boil
  4. Add Centennial at 15 minutes left in boil
  5. Add corn sugar and maltodextrin at 10 minutes left in boil
  6. Add Citra and Cascadel at flame out
  7. Cool wort and pitch yeast, ferment for one-two weeks
  8. Rack to secondary and add dry hops in hop bag for 1 week
