Special Instructions

Add one tablet of Campden, 1/2tsp of Gypsum and Calcium Chloride to the sparge/strike water

Single Infusion Mash - 60 mins at 150 degrees, 13.75 qt of water at 162.2F
3.
Boil for 60 mins, Perle hops 60min, Spalt hops 15min
4.
Irish Moss to be added in the last 15min of the boil
5.
Ferment for 7 days at 64 degrees - primary
6.
Cold Crash 7 days at 50-40 degrees - secondary
