Using recycle yeast. Safale S-05 from some previous batch. Fermented on the warm side, 75 F due to summer temperatures. 2 oz of Citra cryo hops added to the keg in a screen "hop bomb".

Notes:

A bit of Hefe taste from the 15% wheat. Yummy and smooth. Next time I will reduce to 5% wheat.
