Added 78c water to 55c grainbed for 71.5c mashout

July 04/21 1pm: Pitched into 28c wort. Into FC set at 35c.

July 05/21 8pm: Krausen totally gone after rapid fermentation. Added 2L of Pac. Coast. Blueberry Puree.

July 08/21 645am: Stopped actively heating. Beer at 36c
9.
July 20/21: Bottling day! 19.75L w/ 6.07oz at 36c for 2.67 vol.
