Special Instructions

1.
Add 3 oz Hallertau Hops (3.5%AA)
2.
Mash at 152 degrees for 45 minutes
3.
Ferment cool at 60 degrees F for 14 days (check FG)
4.
After 12 days ferment, steep 1.5 oz lime zest, and 3 lbs, peeled/cubed/seeded cucumber. Sock in starsan to santize.
5.
Check FG and flavor at day 13 (12hrs post steep). Possibly remove cucumber/zest addition.
6.
Continue fermenting until day 14.
