Special Instructions

1.
Steep the Cara and Munich malts for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
2.
Remove flavoring grains, remove from heat.
3.
Add the LME and DME stirring constantly until dissolved.
4.
Then replace on heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent burning and boil over.
5.
Once wort is at a boil add the Bravo hops and boil for 60 minutes.
6.
After boiling for 45 minutes add the invert sugar, Hallertau hops and Irish Moss.
7.
At 60 minutes remove from heat, cool, transfer to fermenter and pitch yeast.
