Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
17lt Mash at 65C for 1 hour then to 75C for 10 mins.
2.
Sparge with 15its at 77C then on to boil with first hops 125gms Maltodex after 30 mins
3.
Protofloc added for 10 mins.
4.
Yeast added from starter @ 22C. Fermenting well after 20 hrs.
5.
4 days later Fermenting well. SG1.020
6.
Cold crashed on 2nd April for 4 days
7.
Bottled with 60gms Dex Sugar on 6th April. SG1.006
