American Amber Ale Recipe - Aspers AA

Brewed Jan. 30, 2021. I think I accidentally only used 13 lbs of 2-row rather than 15 because my OG was only 1.046. If that\u0027s not the case then my efficiency was only 65% which is lower than I\u0027ve ever gotten. There wasn\u0027t that much left in the leftover mash so I really think it was only 13 lbs. Originally made the recipe with Fuggles for 15 min. but the Fuggles was not sealed well so I used Tettnang instead. Looks to be a good batch of beer regardless. Update 2-8-21 tastes delicious!
