Started with the basic B-liter recipe and thought I'd leave out the rice and replace with some other malts and spice up the hops a little. Brewed Jan. 30, 2021. I think I accidentally only used 13 lbs of 2-row rather than 15 because my OG was only 1.046. If that's not the case then my efficiency was only 65% which is lower than I've ever gotten. There wasn't that much left in the leftover mash so I really think it was only 13 lbs. Originally made the recipe with Fuggles for 15 min. but the Fuggles was not sealed well so I used Tettnang instead. Looks to be a good batch of beer regardless. Update 2-8-21 tastes delicious! Finished at 1.008.
