Beer crashed for 3 days, then kegged.
Carbonated at 30 pounds (34DF) for 24 hours, then dropped to 15 until canning on 2/9/21. Carbonation was good. Identical to Heretic Make America Juicy.

I really hate to give my beers a 5 star, but a 4 was just too low. Maybe a little on the bitter side, but I think that is from the massive DH of 6 ounces that lasted a couple extra days than expected. Very good color, aroma, flavor. Mouth watering to be completely honest. This is going to be a seller for sure!
