I would use Fermentis Safale S-04 yeast. I has a more estery / fruity flavor. US-05 is great for North West piney IPAs.

2/4/2021 8:28:08 PMWhat about S-33. That is what I wanted to use but went with the kit since I know S-05 is reliable and I haven’t brewed in a while.
