Boiling the honey wont do much for flavor. We've had better luck adding it after primary and at packaging as the priming solution. Instead of boiling, just heat it to 170 for a few minutes. I've heard tell of people heating the honey before using it in the fermenter for better honey flavor. Also if you can get your hands on it, toss in some honey malt. Keep it around 5-7 % of the bill for some nice sweetness that Is reminiscent of honey

I don't boil the honey. I add at flame out just to get the temp up on the honey so it dissolves in solution.
