not sure where to mash, will try a middle of the road 152F for 60 min. not sure where this yeast will attenuate. krispy is rated for 70-82% attenuation.
(kveik "lager" article recommends 10% sugar to dry the beer out which we aren't using)
CHANGED MY MIND, WILL MASH 150F lower end to make sure this dries sufficiently.
