based on swampy bohemian from brewers friend ABV to 5%, and using all Saaz hops in higher amount to about 35IBU Saaz are 3.2AA lower than default, compensated by larger 60minute addition not sure where to mash, will try a middle of the road 152F for 60 min. not sure where this yeast will attenuate. krispy is rated for 70-82% attenuation. (kveik "lager" article recommends 10% sugar to dry the beer out which we aren't using) CHANGED MY MIND, WILL MASH 150F lower end to make sure this dries sufficiently. 90 minute boil with first hops at 60 kveik needs nutrients - 1/2 dose DAP plus wyeast nutrient whirlfloc at 10 min
