Special Instructions
1.Mash grains at 154°F (68°C) for 60 minutes.
2.Batch sparge at 168°F (76°C).
3.Bring to a rolling boil for 60 minutes, add hops at specified intervals from end of boil.
4.Chill wort to 67°F (19°C) and pitch yeast.
5.After about nine days, rack to secondary fermenter and dry hop.
6.Let rest another nine days at 68°F (20°C).
7.Keg at 2.5 volumes of CO2 or bottle condition with 4 oz (113 g) corn sugar.
