Special Instructions
1.Standard mash setup (ie, same as every other recipe - target 152?F ish)
2.HOPS - The 10 minute addition is to be added at the end of the boil. Do not cool the beer for 10 minutes. The second addition of hops is to be added once it has been cooled down to 165?F. Hold for 10 minutes at that temp.
3.Dry hop 8 days into fermentation. Let the hops sit in the fermenter for 2-3 days before bottling/kegging!
