Notes:
I'd say a bit under-carbed; I just opened one cool but not cold and there was no significant head. When I swish there's carb on the tongue. Nice clean aroma of malt with the tiniest bit of acidic sense (perhaps from the ginger). It's sat for a few months and is very nicely clear with a beautiful light straw colour. SRM 3-4. Survey says: excellent summer beer (thanks, Nancy).

Survey says that the next time we brew this, x1.5-3x on the ginger. 4x might not be drinkable. (RSD+Andrew not arguing)
