Had to add 5 ltrs of boiling water to mash tun, to get to 65 Deg C. Up the strike temp next time.Lost 2 ltrs in boiler trub.FORGOT IRISH MOSS !!!!!!! Remember next time !Final yield in fermenter 20 Litres.
