Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep all grains in 4 gallons at 168F for 20 minutes
2.
Bring to boil then Add in 12lbs LME & 2lbs of DME & 60 minute hop additions
3.
20 minutes left in boil put in hop additions
4.
10 minutes left in boil put in hop additions
5.
At flame out put in hop additions
6.
Cool wort once cooled to less than 100 degrees transfer to fermentor & add cold water to bring to 5.25 gallons
7.
Once cooled to 78 degrees or less add yeast
8.
Ferment for 2 weeks then remove trub and yeast an add dry hop additions. Leave for 10 days.
9.
Time to keg and drink.
